System Quality Improvement

What is SQI?

System Quality Improvement (SQI) provides a framework for the planning, implementation and continuous evaluation of system quality and performance improvement. SQI is a set of key quality indicators which are intended to measure the effectiveness of the treatment network of care in helping people recover from mental illness and/or drug and alcohol addiction.
