Bipender Jindal, P.E., CP, was appointed to the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. His appointment runs through June 30, 2023. He is the Assistant Vice President and Director of Environmental Services for CTL Engineering, Inc. and currently serves on the board of the Asian American Commerce Group. In the past, he also served on the Otterbein Theater Advisory Board and American Council of Engineering Companies, Ohio Chapter. Since 1994, he has owned and operated Powell Kumon Learning Center, where he has taught math and reading to over 8,000 children from kindergarten to high school age. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He is married with three children and enjoys supporting various cultural and educational organizations.
