Jonathan Wylly, ADAMH Chief Fiscal Officer
Jonathan Wylly joined the ADAMH Board of Franklin County in June 2001. In his role, Mr. Wylly is responsible for the ADAMH financial, information technology and business operations, with an annual budget of $144 million. He also oversees the contracts ADAMH has with more than 40 local behavioral health care agencies, processing more than 1 million behavioral health claims each year. Prior to joining ADAMH, Mr. Wylly was the Deputy Director/Chief Fiscal Officer at the Ohio Department of Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) for eight years. He earned his master’s degree in public administration from The Ohio State University and his bachelor of arts degree from Ohio University. He also is a graduate of Strategic Leadership for State Executives from Duke University.
