Kythryn Carr Harris, M.S.W., L.I.S.W-S., Vice President of Clinical Services
Kythryn Carr Harris, M.S.W., L.I.S.W.-S., currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services of the ADAMH Board of Franklin County. Kythryn joined the Board in August 2013. Her work draws from 26 years of experience in system of care design, implementation and oversight of programs focused on prevention and treatment for children and adults. In her current position, she manages all treatment and support services, as well as housing initiatives for clients within the behavioral healthcare system. Specifically, she sets the direction for developing customer service strategy, conducting quality reviews of ADAMH providers and assisting in evaluation of services for adults and children with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
Previously, Kythryn worked at Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) as the Family Services and Network Administration Director where she managed clinical services, resource and referral, medical and provider management departments. Her prior experience includes Director of Integrated System of Care for ADAMH and FCCS and Youth and Family Clinical Manager for ADAMH. Ten years of her previous experience was with ADAMH. Recently, Ms. Carr Harris was selected as an adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University, College of Social Work.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and received a Master of Social Work from Washington University-St. Louis. She has been a Licensed Independent Social Work since 2004 and a Licensed Independent Social Work Supervisor since 2008 in the State of Ohio.
