BID NOTICE: Organizational Assessment
Proposals, in accordance with the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County’s Request for Results (RFR) for an organizational assessment, shall be received via electronic submission at RFRsubmission@adamhfranklin.org until 1:00 p.m. local time on June 9, 2020.
The full RFR may be obtained on or after May 26, 2020, by contacting Joe Florenski at 614-222-3726 or RFRsubmission@adamhfranklin.org. The RFR package will also be available at www.adamhfranklin.org/financials/requests-for-results starting May 26, 2020.
Proposals and a cover letter containing the full name of each person/company submitting the proposal and signed by an official authorized to execute a contract shall be submitted electronically at RFRsubmission@adamhfranklin.org. All proposals shall incorporate the specifications stated in the RFR. Proposals received after 1:00 p.m. local time on June 9, 2020 shall not be considered.
Proposals will be reviewed by June 19, 2020 by Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County board members and staff. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal received, and to accept any proposal or combination of proposals deemed most advantageous to the Board under the conditions stipulated.
