Scott Doran was appointed to the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board (ADAMH) by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. His appointment runs through June 30, 2024. He is a Director and Chief of Energy and Environmental Practice Area at Kegler, Brown, Hill + Ritter law firm in Columbus, Ohio. Doran assists clients to successfully plan for and resolve regulatory issues and other disputes in the energy and environmental areas. He also serves as a Board member of the Stream +Wetlands Foundation. He received his education from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and Miami University, earning a Juris Doctorate, Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees.
