September 6, 13, 20, 27, 2021; Mondays, 10:30-Noon EST; by WebEx. The OhioHealth ENGAGE virtual classes are free to persons in the United States. Focus on Empowerment, Nutrition, Goals, Activity, Guidance, and Education. Participation in the four sessions is required. Participants must have access to the internet and have an active e-mail account. Become a self-manager of your own health by putting yourself “In The Driver’s Seat”.
