Annually, Concord helps over 4,000 friends, co-workers, neighbors, and family members improve their emotional health so they can successfully deal with the challenges we all face and live more successful lives. Concord is a not-for-profit community mental health organization serving our community for over 46 years. We believe and live our mission of Instilling Hope and and Serving with Heart. Concord’s programs include Prevention Services in schools to help keep children in school, Outpatient Counseling for all ages to help adults, families and the elderly live fulfilling lives and reach their full potential; Special Services to the Elderly and for people who suffer from Severe Mental Illness so that both groups can live safely and independently; and services for Substance Abuse including both Outpatient Counseling and our Intensive Outpatient Program to help our neighbors who are overcoming addictions. We are proud to say that our programs save our neighbors and family’s lives.
