Negative comments that are written in a respectful tone without vulgar language will stay on ADAMH’s page wall and the Social Media Coordinator will respond in a respectful and friendly manner. The Social Media Coordinator will apologize for their experience, but will never apologize for the service or provider.

The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and respond to social media during the work week between specified times.
The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and respond continuously between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. during the work week.

In the evenings, The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and respond at least once between 5:30 p.m. – 8 a.m.
The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and respond to social media at least once between 5:00 p.m. Friday night – 10 a.m. on Saturday morning and monitor and respond at least once between 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Sunday.
