For victims of domestic violence

LSS CHOICES is seeking a full time Clinician to be responsible for the provision of case management for adults in crisis who have been victims of intimate partner violence. The Clinician serves as a direct service provider to adult clients by offering consultation, counseling, referral and advocacy to clients who do not require residential services; is responsible for the development of program linkages and liaison with appropriate agencies, the coordination and delivery of service to clients and will maintain professional standards as outlined by the NASW Code of Ethics through coordination and delivery of services, and relations with staff and with the public; will provide complete and accurate diagnostic assessments/psychosocial histories; provide Individualized Service Plans (ISP) with measurable/attainable goals/objectives, as well as advocacy and appropriate referrals as needed; and Assist clients in increasing their self-worth, strengths and ability to control and take responsibility for their decisions and their future.  This position requires a minimum of a LSW, LISW and a master’s degree in Social work or Counseling preferred as well as 1 year of direct service experience with a concentration on domestic violence preferred.  Lutheran Social Services Network of Hope is an EOE/M/D/V/F To apply, submit resume to: HR Director, 245 N.
