Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)

St. Vincent Family Center is seeking qualified candidates for the position of CPST Provider.  Candidate will be working internally and externally to the organization with entire family units the CPST Provider will provide case management (linkage and referrals to community resources); crisis intervention in the home, school, and community; behavioral health interventions; assist with building the coping and social skills of children; and provide consultation and education to parents, schools and daycares, as needed. A Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of relevant community based experience, a valid driver’s license; reliable transportation and auto insurance are required. Must possess strong computer skills with the ability to execute concurrent documentation while engaging with clients.  LSW or LPC and case management experience strongly preferred.  Candidate must be willing to work evenings and some weekends.

Note: These positions are not eligible for relocation reimbursement. All final candidates for employment will be required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment screening to include a criminal background check and drug screening.
