REPORTS TO: Director, Information & Referral Services
STATUS: Full Time, Non Exempt
SUMMARY: The Database Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing an effective system for intake services that includes screening candidates for program eligibility, working with agency service providers and maintaining accurate data.
Maintain and update the 211 database and procedures to ensure accuracy.
Maintain AIRS Standards
Troubleshoot database issues; assist in their resolution with technical support team.
Manage generation of data reports from database as directed.
Provide statistical reporting.
Monitor and generate reports under required deadlines.
Conduct regular database updates and add new entries as needed.
Monitor and maintain the 211 website.
Develop and maintain effective rapport and communication with service agencies in Central Ohio and surrounding areas to facilitate updating information.
Represent the 211 program during meetings related to Information and Referral Resources.
All other duties as assigned.
Strong database management experience essential.
Knowledge and ease with using MS Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Two-four years’ relevant work experience.
