COUNSELOR IV- Develop a comprehensive care management plan based on completion and / or review of chemical dependency, behavioral health/ mental health/ psychological, biopsychosocial, and related assessments as they relate to a client’s current functioning. . Provides counseling services and monitors individualized treatment plans/ continuing care plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Provide diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders (with supervision if required). Perform program development activities as needed.

COUNSELOR II- Develops a comprehensive clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments and client’s current functioning. Provides chemical dependency counseling (individual, family, group), crisis intervention, and chemical dependency education.
REQUIREMENTS– LPC, LSW
COUNSELOR ASSISTANT- Assists certified counselors in the provision of chemical dependency counseling by following comprehensive care management plan as created by primary clinician. Provides chemical dependency group counseling, crisis intervention, and chemical dependency education to youth and families. Provides case management services to ensure problems identified in the assessment are resolved or appropriately addressed. Provides transportation of clients to facilities access to services as identified in the Care Management Plan. Observes urinalysis collection and completes the required paperwork
MARYHAVEN IN UNION COUNTY
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR This position is located at 715 South Plum Street in Marysville Ohio, the candidate will direct day to day operations of the Union county office. Schedule staff to ensure appropriate team functioning and to improve and develop individual counseling skills and abilities. Responsible for supervision of counseling, clerical and direct treatment staff. Provide direct client services as necessary. Completes all assessments and case management responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS PCC or LISW. Must have prior supervisory experience and excellent oral and written communications skills.
COUNSELOR III (PART/FULL TIME) Develop a comprehensive care management plan based on completion and / or review of chemical dependency, behavioral health/ mental health/ psychological, biopsychosocial, and related assessments as they relate to a client’s current functioning. Provide chemical dependency and mental health counseling (individual, family and group), crisis intervention, and education. Provides counseling services and monitors individualized treatment plans/ continuing care plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Provide diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders (with supervision if required). Perform program development activities as needed.

OFFICE MANAGER-This position is located in Union County at the Mills Center,715 S. Plum Street, Marysville, Ohio. Candidate will be responsible for the general functioning and managing of an off site office. Also responsible for admitting clients into the program and collecting monies from self pay/co pay clients. Accurately admits clients into the Maryhaven program. Will complete and verify all admission paperwork and inputs data into the computer. Ensures compliance with requirements of insurance and special pay agreements. Maintains communication with the main agency in regards to data entry. Must be able to screen phone calls and distributes information to counselors. Maintains client rosters and attendance rosters. Maintains demographic and other client data in the computer. Generates reports as directed by Site Manager. Maintains and orders all office files and forms. Distributes all incoming and outgoing mail flow.
REQUIREMENTS- One year of work experience using computer data entry skills, billing, clerical and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. One year work experience managing an office and experience working with a broad range of people on the telephone and in face-to-face setting.
CRISIS COUNSELOR (CONTINGENT)- Mental Health Crisis Screening needed for contingent emergency after hour evaluations to determine if in hospitalization is required for consumers. Must be able to create a comprehensive care management plan based on completion and/or review of chemical dependency and mental health related assessments when called out to crisis.
REQUIREMENTS- Master’s Degree with LPC or LSW require. Independent license preferred.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT–performs routine laboratory tests and sample analyses; monitors and documents the health status throughout stay; provides education and referrals; maintains sensitive and confidential information. Completes and documents vital signs and medical, mental health, and addiction histories.
REQUIREMENTS– Must be certified as a medical assistant and have a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of one-year experience in medical assistance.
