Starting Compensation Ranges:

BSW: $42,000 – $52,500
MSW: $50,000 – $63,000

The Buckeye Ranch is currently seeking a School Based Therapist to join our School Based program! The School Based Therapist will provide culturally responsive screenings, assessments, interventions, and crisis management within a school, home, and community based setting.

Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Ten or twelve month positions available, Mon-Fri)

Location: Columbus, OH

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while building and nurturing relationships.
Responsible for clinical documentation for all services.
Provides evidence-based services to emotionally impaired students.
Train, educate, and strengthen social and emotional learning skills for students.
Provide a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to all services.
Who you are:

You have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or related field; master’s degree preferred
You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, MFT, or you are scheduled for your exam
You preferably have previous work experience as a Clinician, Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist, or other mental health specific roles
You have an active Ohio driver’s license
Where you’ll be:

The School Based Therapist will be located within a partnering School District. School Districts include Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Columbus City, and Southwestern.
The School Based Counselor/Social Worker will involve mostly in person work and will require community travel.
