Starting Salary: $78,000 – $95,000

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Director of Nursing is accountable for the leadership and clinical direction of the Residential Nursing team. They will work collaboratively with the Director of Psychiatry to lead the medical component of the care plan for youth in the residential setting.

Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Predominant day shift hours) *This is an on-call position*
Location: Grove City, OH (100% In Person)

What you’ll do:
Provide leadership and clinical guidance to the nursing department with focus on problem-solving and flexible change management to meet internal and external customer needs.
Complete medical assessments and education.
Ensure departmental knowledge of and adherence to nursing best practices and infection control, ensuring compliance of treatment with quality assurance standards.
Provides emergency care for residents and staff who become impaired during employment and advises appropriate follow up.
Maintains the department budget
Develop and maintain schedules that ensure appropriate staffing levels and work completion.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to establish appropriate medical care plans for youth residents

Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
You have an active Ohio RN licensure
You have five years of RN experience
You have an active driver’s license
You preferably have supervisory experience
