$5,000 Hiring Bonus 

Compensation Range:  $60,000 – $73,000

Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Monday – Friday, Normal Business Hours) *Some evening needs*

Location: Whitehall, OH

What you’ll do:

Provide documentation in accordance with standards of practice and established policies and procedures of the Ranch and accrediting and regulatory standards
Complete documentation timely and necessary forms for reimbursement and for alternative funding for youth and family benefits in accordance with established standards
Evaluate client and check vital signs  
Ensure that evaluation, observation, and documentation for utilization of restraints are in accordance with clinical administrative standards  
Schedule clients for consultations with staff physician, as necessary
Review laboratory and related psychiatric and medical health assessments as clinically indicated 
Provide diagnostic reassessment at time of transfer and/or discharge at it pertains to the position held 
Provide client care and follow-up including re-evaluations within scope of position
Ensure compliance of treatment with Quality Assurance standards  
Provide nursing and emergency care to clients and advises appropriate follow-up as it pertains to the position held
Provide medication review and monitoring, including instruction for youth and family as requested and standing order medications per policy
Initiates medical screens for all PFSN children entering and moving into new placement, if applicable
Direct, consult, and coordinate medical services with programs and facility  
Provide staff educational in-service, training, and QA/CQI assistance as it pertains to the position held     

Who you are:

Nursing Degree – RN
Minimum 1 year nursing experience
Proficiency with computer programs necessary to complete the above tasks including Excel, Word and Outlook.
RN license in the state of Ohio; Current valid Ohio Driver’s License
Driving: an essential function of position and employee must keep insurance on their vehicle and driving record in accordance with policies.
