Consumer Satisfaction


Each year, the ADAMH Board of Franklin County conducts a survey to determine how individuals view the mental health and addiction treatment services they receive from providers in the ADAMH network.  The survey is conducted by Providers distributing paper forms consumers voluntarily complete and mail back to ADAMH.

The results of this survey assist ADAMH with monitoring satisfaction with providers, a vital component of service quality.  We also encourage service providers to utilize the consumer satisfaction data for ongoing quality improvement efforts within their agencies.  In addition to the system-level report, each provider receives a brief report summarizing the data from the structured portion of the questionnaire.  Additionally, identifying information is removed from responses to the qualitative component of the questionnaire before being made available to providers.
