Cynthia Latney was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. Her appointment runs through June 30, 2025. Cynthia is the senior vice president and chief nursing executive for OhioHealth. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Cynthia served as senior vice president of Nursing Business Operations for Jefferson Health, an academic health system with ambulatory sites serving southern New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Science in Nursing Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix, where she is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Health Administration. She currently serves on the National American Nurses Association Workforce Planning Taskforce, Ohio Federation for Health Equity and Social Justice Board and the Capella University Advisory Board.
