ADAMH is partnering with Illuminology to complete a Community Needs Assessment to learn more about the mental health and addiction needs of the Franklin County community. As part of this process, Illuminology is conducting a number of surveys and interviews, as well as collecting data. The results of the Community Needs Assessment will help ADAMH understand the most important services needed and identify service gaps.
If you are interested in participating and having your voice heard, please complete the community convenience survey. This survey is anonymous, open to any Franklin County resident and should take less than 10 minutes. Survey responses are due Nov. 25.
