The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging is hosting this free, in-person training. Participants will learn to identify and analyze ethical situations using structured framework and develop appropriate course of action. The session will also review the process for reporting ethical violations, ensuring adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics. Attendees will leave with practical tools to navigate complex ethical situations with confidence and professionalism.
