The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging is hosting this free, in-person training. This workshop is designed to help clinicians understand, assess, and effectively manage compassion fatigue, what has been called the “cost of caring.” Participants will explore the distinctions between compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma, and analyze the ways turbulent times exacerbate these challenges. Participants will develop personalized resilience plans to support clinical effectiveness and well-being.
