Sept. 2, 2026 marks one year since the Franklin County Crisis Care Center opened its doors, creating a new pathway to care for adults experiencing mental health or substance use crises. In its first year, the center has provided 24/7 access to crisis care and has seen more than 6,000 presentations for service, offering specialized support without an appointment or referral.
The milestone is an opportunity to recognize the progress made while looking ahead to the continued development of Franklin County’s crisis care continuum.
