Anthony Perry, Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Perry joined the ADAMH team in December 2023. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Anthony is responsible for managing all finance activities of the ADAMH Board, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and compliance with government accounting standards and practices. Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in public sector finance. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), where he oversaw all aspects of the agency’s finances, including financial analysis/forecasting, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reporting. Prior to serving at MORPC, Anthony was the CFO at the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) after previous roles as Assistant CFO and Budget Chief for the department. Anthony began his career as a Senior/Budget Analyst at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM), overseeing $8.7 billion in spending from 20+ state agencies. Anthony was a member of the Governor’s Pandemic Response and Recovery Leadership Team. He has a master’s degree in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Macalester College. He is a member of the Leadership Columbus Signature Program Class of 2023-24.
