Bob Bitzenhofer was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. His appointment runs through June 30, 2028. Bob is the Vice President of Development at OCCH. He is responsible for the strategic repositioning of OCCH’s real estate portfolio and working with public housing authorities on equity and lending opportunities. Prior to OCCH, Bob served as vice president of planning and development for the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, where he managed the authority’s strategy to acquire or develop at least 500 units of mixed-income housing per year. Bob has more than 15 years of experience with affordable housing, community development and federal policy. A member of Columbus Business First’s 40 Under 40 class of 2020, he serves as chair of the Affordable Housing Alliance of Central Ohio and is a member of the board of Columbus Housing Enterprise and the Ohio Housing Council. He holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and a law degree from Ohio State University.
