Niki Hampton was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. Her appointment runs through June 30, 2027. Pastor Hampton is the senior pastor of Fresh Start Worship Center, and the CEO of Fifth Gear Leadership Consulting, Inc. here in Columbus, Ohio. She provides organizational and community leadership by serving her congregation and the city at large. Serving various organizations and initiatives, she works with Mothers Of Murdered Columbus Children, providing spiritual and emotional leadership and support as well as serving as a Community Moral Voice, working with the Columbus Violence Reduction Team, and the Columbus Police Department to keep individuals “safe, alive, and out of prison.” Pastor Hampton received her education from the Ohio Christian University, earning master’s and bachelor’s degrees in organizational leadership.
