Robert V. Morris II was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. His appointment runs through June 30, 2027. Bob recently retired after forty-four years of practicing law, specializing in probate law. He spent thirty-three years in private practice, joining the Franklin County Probate Court in 2012 as a magistrate. He was involved in the probate commitment process since 1976. He served in many capacities, including bailiff, deputy clerk, attorney for respondent, and special magistrate. As administrative magistrate, he was directly responsible for the psychiatric commitment process and was heavily involved in the formation of the Franklin County Guardianship Service Board. He received his J.D. from Capitol University and his B.S. from The Ohio State University.
