Your Job Opportunity as a Child & Adolescent Therapist

In this role, you will provide high-quality counseling services consistent with professional standards, best practices and Concord’s policies.

•Deliver individual and family therapy to children and adolescents experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
•Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
•Apply clinical expertise within a multidisciplinary care model
•Collaborate with parents/guardians, school personnel, and other providers to support client success
•Assess risk and respond to crisis situations during office hours
•Provide services in-person and via telehealth, based on client needs
•Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in an electronic medical record system

Qualifications Needed for Success for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor

•Master’s degree with clinical license: LSW/LPC/MFT required; experience providing therapy/counseling for children preferred. LISW/LPCC/LMFT highly preferred.
•Ability to maintain thorough, timely, well documented treatment plans, case notes and intake summaries in computerized medical records system.
•Must have working knowledge of mental illness, psychiatric symptoms, and their impact on functioning and behavior of a diverse client population.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
