Get help with grievances, concerns & personal rights
Our client rights advocate handles consumer and family member grievances and concerns, educates consumers on personal rights, staffs the Consumer and Family Advocacy Council, and offers support to the agency client rights officers.
Get help navigating the treatment system
If you are a consumer or family member who receives mental health or alcohol/drug services or if you are in need of help, we offer the services of an Ombudsman through the Get Connected Program at Mental Health America of Franklin County. Get Connected helps individuals who are having difficulties with the services they are receiving.
