Supported through an ADAMH mini-grant, Cornerstone of Hope is hosting this free, in-person session of its Grief Matters Monthly Education Workshop. Through gentle, guided activities, attendees will have the opportunity to express what may feel difficult to name, while honoring the ongoing connection you hold with those they’ve lost.
