The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging is hosting this free, in-person training. This training will focus on enhancing participants’ supervision styles through structured self-reflection. The training includes information sharing, reflective exercises, and interactive role-play activities designed to help participants synthesize supervision theory and ethical principles into their own supervisory practice.
