ADAMH welcomes Anthony Perry as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Anthony joined the ADAMH team in December 2023.
As CFO, he is responsible for managing of all finance activities of the ADAMH Board, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and compliance with government accounting standards and practices
Anthony said he looks forward to building a strong financial future at ADAMH so that it can continue to provide life-changing mental and behavioral health care services to those in need.
Anthony brings more than 15 years of experience in public sector finance to his new role. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), where he oversaw all aspects of the agency’s finances.
Prior to serving at MORPC, Anthony was the CFO at the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and was a member of the Governor’s Pandemic Response and Recovery Leadership Team. Prior to becoming CFO at ODH, Anthony served as the Assistant CFO and Budget Chief.
Anthony began his career as a Senior/Budget Analyst for the Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM), overseeing $8.7 billion in spending from 20+ state agencies.
He has a master’s degree in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Macalester College. He is also a member of the Leadership Columbus Signature Program Class of 2023-24.
