Who We Are
APDS is a behavioral health care center specializing in substance use disorder and mental health treatment, domestic violence intervention for adults and personal development programs for youth and young adults. In 2024, APDS joined forces with the National Center for Urban Solutions (NCUS) to partner with workforce readiness, skill credentialing, academic opportunities and family wellness programs. APDS has served over 27,000 individuals and families since it was founded by Drs. Moriba and Barbara Kelsey in 1988.
