Dean M. Hindenlang, Ph.D.

Dean M. Hindenlang, Ph.D., was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. His appointment runs through June 30, 2027. Dean is the director of public policy and strategic initiatives with Cascade Hemophilia Consortium. Dean has served the nonprofit and government sectors for almost 30 years, focusing on strategic planning, administrative oversight and governance and coalition-building through an equity-based lens. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, a master's degree in Public Administration, a Master of Science in Marketing and Communication, a Master of Healthcare Administration and a bachelor's degree in English. Additionally, Dean serves as an adjunct professor, doctoral faculty methodologist and subject matter expert at Franklin University. He also offers undergraduate instruction on social justice and cultural awareness at Southern New Hampshire University.
