Toni Bell was appointed to the ADAMH Board by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. Her appointment runs through June 30, 2028. Toni is the CEO and Chief Learning Officer of Phoenix Consulting Co., a boutique leadership learning and development firm. Toni is a social scientist renowned for her innovative approach to leadership development, employee development and strategic planning. Her expertise extends to guiding organizations using industry-leading tools and assessments to enhance communication, processes and overall leadership effectiveness. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Columbus Metropolitan Club and Columbus Landmarks Foundation. She is the co-founder of The Heritage Projects, a nonprofit that supports experiential learning in cultural and heritage education. Toni earned an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State University, a bachelor's degree in Adult Learning Theory from Capital University and a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
