Trudy Bartley was appointed to the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board (ADAMH) by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. Her appointment runs through June 30, 2025. Bartley currently serves as The Associate Vice President of Local Government & Community Affairs for The Ohio State University, developing and strengthening local government and community relations.
As the former Executive Director of Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT), Bartley spearheaded the strategic implementation of a plan to revitalize the Near East Side neighborhood of Columbus. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The United Way of Central Ohio, The Neighborhood Design Center and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), and is the Vice Chair of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA).
