The P.E.E.R. Center in partnership with ADAMH presents the Second Wednesdays Training Series. In this virtual session, “Examining Bias,” attendees will discuss what implicit bias is, why it matters, the consequences of implicit bias, how it can negatively impact those that you serve and what you can do to disrupt and reduce it. Recommended for anyone willing to examine their own bias and how it impacts them personally, professionally, and when volunteering. This training is especially necessary for those working and living alongside diverse populations who desire to understand their bias and move forward to more cultural understanding. Two CEUs are available.
