The P.E.E.R. Center in partnership with ADAMH presents the Second Wednesdays Training Series. In this virtual session, “Practicing Resilience,” attendees will learn the principles of resilience, understanding its psychological underpinnings and practical applications. With a focus on empathy and active listening, attendees learn to provide meaningful support to peers facing adversity, fostering a culture of solidarity and growth. Two CEUs are available.
