Who We Are

Columbus Public Health (CPH) protects the health and improves the lives of nearly 1 million residents through 40+ programs, while addressing public health challenges such as opiates, violence, health disparities and infant mortality. CPH is a nationally accredited leader that identifies health priorities, mobilizes resources and ensures the conditions in which ALL residents can be healthy. Alcohol & Drug Services programming includes: Comprehensive Treatment Program (walk-in assessments, gender specific, holistic, intensive outpatient treatment groups, & Medication Assisted Treatment), Prevention Services (support and education groups for children and young adults to build coping and resiliency skills), and Harm Reduction Services (consultation, referrals, STI/HIV testing education, naloxone distribution and fentanyl test strips distribution). Services are offered to the uninsured, no one will be turned away.
