Who We Are
CHN develops and manages affordable permanent supportive housing for vulnerable people experiencing mental illness, addiction, trauma-related issues or homelessness.
We collaborate with our network of partners, which includes human services, healthcare, counseling, and other experts throughout Franklin County to offer residents access to services like service coordination with case management, crisis intervention, healthcare, counseling, food access, employment training, benefit assistance and more.
