Transition Age Youth Palooza

The Huckleberry House’s Youth Outreach Program, in partnership with the Community Shelter Board’s annual Point in Time Count, is hosting this Transition Age Youth Palooza for youth at risk and/or experiencing homelessness in Franklin County.
