ADAMH helps Franklin County residents find the right places to turn for affordable, quality alcohol, substance use disorder and mental health services. These services are provided by more than 35 not-for-profit contract agencies located in neighborhoods throughout the county. A sliding fee scale for services means any Franklin County resident can receive needed services and be charged on the basis of income and circumstance.

ADAMH understands the benefit of support groups. Recently there has been an increasing awareness of the role that mental health support and self-help groups play in recovery from mental illnesses. For this reason, ADAMH would like to provide the following information to those looking for support through a support group.
Get help with grievances, concerns & personal rights
Our client rights advocate handles consumer and family member grievances and concerns, educates consumers on personal rights, staffs the Consumer and Family Advocacy Council, and offers support to the agency client rights officers.
Get help navigating the treatment system
If you are a consumer or family member who receives mental health or alcohol/drug services or if you are in need of help, we offer the services through the Get Connected program at Mental Health America of Ohio. Get Connected helps individuals who are having difficulties with the services they are receiving.
