Join our team as a Summer Camp Counselor and embark on an exciting journey of fun, growth, and adventure! We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our dynamic team. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, planning, and implementing all aspects of our summer camp program. You will have direct responsibility for the supervision and safety of camp participants, ensuring a memorable and enriching experience for all.

Responsibilities:

Organize, plan, and implement daily activities, including games, crafts, sports, and field trips, that foster creativity, learning, and fun.
Supervise camp participants at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for campers, promoting teamwork, respect, and friendship.
Provide guidance and support to campers, addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise with empathy and professionalism.
Assist in the setup and cleanup of camp facilities and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure a smooth and successful camp experience for all participants.
Qualifications:

Passion for working with children and creating memorable summer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible and reliable with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
Previous experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
