Who We Are

LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence is the only domestic violence safe haven shelter in Franklin County, offering 120 beds, a 24-hour crisis and information hotline, counseling services, support groups, and legal and community advocates for those impacted by domestic violence.

24-Hour Domestic Violence Crisis and Information Line – Safety planning, information and referrals.

Temporary Emergency Shelter – A safe refuge for victims and their children who are in imminent danger and have no safe place to go.

Legal Advocates – Legal advocates offer support, gather information, assist with filing criminal charges and obtain protection orders to help victims navigate the court system.

Domestic Violence Counseling and Peer Support Groups – Offers individual counseling licensed professionals to aid in recovery from trauma related to domestic violence and facilitator-led peer support groups.

Who We Are

Netcare Access provides 24/7/365 mental health and substance use crisis intervention, stabilization and assessment for Franklin County residents. These services are provided for adults (18 and over) who are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.

LGBTQI+ mental health services in a cooperative agreement with Stonewall Columbus, Epicenter Program for youth and adults experiencing psychosis for the first time, ACT services for those with intensive symptoms of serious mental illness, Elder Focus services providing mental health treatment and support for those 60 and older, intensive outpatient and residential treatment for those with dual disorders (AOD+ mental illness).

Who We Are

We primarily serve adult patients with mental and addictive disorders at our two hospital campuses, several outpatient locations, and via telehealth. We offer multiple levels of care, including: groups, individual outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization, inpatient psychiatric and withdrawal management care, immediate care, and psychiatric emergency services embedded in our emergency departments. All offer medication management, including medications for addiction treatment. Our outpatient and school-based programs also treat youth with behavioral health needs.
